1.	GRADING: Regarding uncertified coins, grading is strict Photograde plus my 40+ years numismatic experience.
2.	QUANTITY AVAILABLE: In many cases, I have more than 1 item available for a specific coin, roll, or set. The price listed is for 1 of that item.
3.	EMAIL / PHONE ORDERS: Since all of the items listed here are also for sale in my eBay Store (http://stores.ebay.com/DJF-Coins), please contact me first to confirm that each item is available. You can call me (734-658-5545) or email me (sales@djf-coins.com) to reserve any item that you want to purchase. If I am out of the office, phone orders and email orders will be received on my cell phone.
4.	PAYMENTS: Once each item has been confirmed, I will send you either an email invoice (if you are paying via check, money order, or cashier's check) or a PayPal invoice (if you are paying via PayPal). All invoices will be sent from sales@djf-coins.com. This is also the email address to send PayPal payments to. If payment is not received within 5 business days of an order, the item(s) will be placed back into inventory.
5.	POSTAGE: Free shipping. All items will be mailed at my expense. Depending on the dollar amount and weight of the items, shipments will be First Class padded mailer with Delivery Confirmation, Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, or Express Mail with Signature Confirmation. I have private insurance and therefore do not insure shipments through the Post Office.
6.	RETURNS: You have 14 days from the day the item(s) are received to return any item for a full refund, no questions asked.
7.	PURCHASES: In order to sell coins, I have to buy coins. I am always interested in purchasing uncertified and certified coins, whether a single coin or an entire collection. Please contact me via phone or email so we can discuss your coins.
